To provide the medical profession with the tools it needs for the early detection and/or identification and prognosis of cancer so that it can be treated more effectively. This is the ultimate goal of the Fournier-Majoie Foundation's calls for projects.

Biomarkers, "crucial TOOLS" for surrounding and beating cancer

Modern medicine is always evolving, and everyone, physicians and researchers alike, agree on the fact that early detection increases the chances of cure, and that precise identification of the type of cancer allows the selection of the most appropriate treatment. By focusing its action on the delivery of nex relevant biomarkers of new biomarkers, the Foundation aims to contribute to refining diagnoses and improving the effectiveness of treatments.
